What baby products does Bamboree offer?
Bamboree offers baby clothing and everyday essentials for little ones from 0–4 years. Our collection includes newborn jablas, co-ord sets, dresses, nappies, swaddles, hooded towels and other baby essentials.
Do you have newborn hospital bag essentials?
Yes. Our Hospital Bag Essentials collection brings together practical newborn must-haves, including jablas, nappies, swaddles, hooded towels, burp cloth, baby wipes and newborn accessories.
Do Bamboree products make good baby gifts?
Yes. Our baby clothing, newborn essentials and thoughtfully paired sets are lovely for baby showers, newborn visits, birthdays and gifting.

What fabrics does Bamboree use?
Our collection includes products made using organic cotton and thoughtfully sourced cotton fabrics. We choose soft, breathable cotton fabrics with baby’s comfort in mind.
Why does Bamboree choose only cotton for baby clothes?
Cotton is soft, breathable and comfortable for everyday wear. We choose only cotton fabrics that feel gentle against delicate skin and allow little ones to move comfortably through naps, cuddles and play.
Does Bamboree use bamboo fabric?
No. Despite the similarity in name, Bamboree is not related to bamboo fabric. Our name is inspired by “Bambino” and “Jamboree” — a celebration of babyhood.
Our current collection focuses on cotton-based fabrics, including organic cotton and cotton muslin.
What dyes are used in Bamboree baby clothes?
We carefully source our products from manufacturers who use azo-free or baby-safe dyes, depending on the product and manufacturing process.
Our focus is on choosing fabrics and products thoughtfully for little ones.
Why is muslin cotton a good choice for babies?
Muslin cotton is airy and breathable, making it a comfortable choice for babies, especially in warm weather. Its soft texture also makes it a lovely fabric for newborn clothing and everyday baby essentials.

How do I choose the right size for my baby?
We recommend checking the size chart on the product page and comparing it with your baby’s current measurements. Since every little one grows differently, choosing by measurements can help you find a more comfortable fit. If you’re unsure about the fit, feel free to contact us with your baby’s age and current size, and we’ll be happy to help you choose.
What if my baby is between two sizes?
If your baby falls between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort and room to grow. Fit may vary slightly by style, so please check the product details or reach out to us if you need help.

Should I wash baby clothes before the first use?
Yes. We recommend gently washing all baby clothing and essentials before their first use. This helps freshen the product after handling, storage and packing before it reaches your little one.
How should I wash Bamboree baby clothes?
For best care, use a mild, baby-friendly detergent and wash gently by hand or on a delicate machine cycle.
Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and strong fabric softeners. Wash similar colors together and dry naturally in the shade whenever possible.
Can the baby clothes be machine washed?
Bamboree cotton clothing can be washed on a gentle or delicate machine cycle using cold or normal water. We recommend placing delicate styles in a laundry bag and avoiding heavy wash cycles.
Will muslin cotton shrink after washing?
Most Bamboree products are made using pre-shrunk cotton fabrics to help minimize shrinkage after washing. As cotton is a natural fabric, slight shrinkage may occur after washing. Using cold or normal water, washing gently and avoiding high heat can help maintain the garment’s shape and fit.
How should I dry baby clothes?
Gently reshape the product after washing and dry naturally in the shade. Avoid high-heat tumble drying, as excessive heat may affect the fabric, fit or detailing.
Can I iron Bamboree baby clothes?
Yes. If needed, iron on a low to medium heat setting suitable for cotton. For printed, embroidered or detailed areas, we recommend ironing on the reverse side and avoiding direct high heat.
📦 Orders & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of ordering.
Our working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are non-working days and are not included in dispatch timelines.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Within Chennai: 1–2 business days
- Within Tamil Nadu: 3–4 business days
- Other locations in India: 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹599. Applicable shipping charges for orders below ₹599 will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We begin processing orders soon after they are received, so please review your products, sizes and delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection, change of mind or personal preference. Please review the product details, size information and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
When is a replacement available?
A replacement may be considered only if you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect item.
Every Bamboree product is carefully checked before packing and dispatch. In the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
The video must begin before the sealed package is opened and clearly show the shipping package, label and product received. Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Returns, cancellations and exchanges for size, change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
Are sale or offer products eligible for return or replacement?
Products purchased during a sale, discount or promotional offer are not eligible for return or replacement for size selection, change of mind or personal preference. However, if an incorrect item is delivered, please contact Bamboree Support within 24 hours of delivery with the required unboxing video.
