At Bamboree, every order is carefully prepared and packed before beginning its journey to you. Here’s everything you need to know about processing, shipping and delivery.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order placement.
Our working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are non-working days and are not included in processing or dispatch timelines.
Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:
- Within Chennai: 1–2 business days
- Within Tamil Nadu: 3–4 business days
- Other locations in India: 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location

Occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Across India
We ship Bamboree products across India to serviceable pin codes. Delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹599.
Applicable shipping charges for orders below ₹599 will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
We begin processing orders soon after they are received. Please review your products, sizes and delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.
